These Terms of Service govern the use of the services provided by Creativebeck. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer a range of creative services, including but not limited to:

Graphic design (business cards, logos, brochures, etc.)

2. Project Timelines
We will provide estimated timelines for the completion of each project, depending on its complexity and scope. We strive to meet agreed deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal.
Deposit & Payment Schedule:
For projects under £900:
A 25% deposit is required to begin work.
A further 50% is due upon delivery of the first draft.
The remaining 25% is due upon project completion or delivery of final files.
For projects over £900:
A 50% deposit is required to begin work.
A further 25% is due upon delivery of the first draft.
The remaining 25% is due upon project completion or delivery of final files.
A payment schedule will be agreed upon before the start of the project, ensuring that both parties are clear on milestones and due dates.
4. Ownership and Rights
Once the final payment is received, ownership of the final design materials (logos, graphics, etc.) will be transferred to you. However, Creativebeck retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing any necessary materials (text, images, logos) needed for the project and for ensuring all provided content is accurate and legally permitted for use.
6. Limitation of Liability
Creativebeck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. If services are terminated before completion, payment for the work completed up until that point will be required.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
